NGT+ Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your NGT+. Please review the following terms carefully before purchasing.
1. Return Window
Returns are accepted only within 10 calendar days of the delivery date (as confirmed by carrier tracking). Requests received after this period will not be accepted.
2. Eligible Returns
Returns are permitted exclusively for verified manufacturer defects. Cosmetic issues, buyer's remorse, change of mind, or incorrect sizing/selection do not qualify.
3. Condition of Product
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Once the package is opened, returns are not accepted under any circumstances, even for claimed manufacturer defects.
- Products showing signs of use, tampering, or modification will be refused.
4. Specific Non-Covered Issue
Accidental or intentional removal of the valve channel cap (which covers the air channel) voids any eligibility for return or warranty claim related to airflow/performance issues. This is considered user-induced damage and is not classified as a manufacturer defect.
5. Shipping & Return Costs
- All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
- Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Refund Process
- Upon receipt and inspection of a valid return (meeting all conditions above), refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.
- $10 per unit restocking fee applies
- Processing fees, duties, taxes, or original shipping charges are not refundable.
7. How to Initiate a Return
Contact our support team at support within the 10-day window with your order number, delivery date, and a clear description + photos of the claimed manufacturer defect (before opening the package if possible). We will provide return instructions only for pre-approved eligible claims.
